Already Have Telephone Banking and Want to Register for Telephone payments?

• You simply need to advise us of the types of payment you wish to make and the accounts from which you will be making payments.
• Just call any of our Customer Service Agents to register for either for Telephone Bill Payment, Telephone Credit Card Payment or both.(see numbers below)
• When you call, you will need to have your FirstCaribbean Bank Card, your FirstCaribbean Credit Card(s), and copies of the Bills you would like to pay on hand.

New To Telephone Banking and Want to Register for Telephone Payments?

• Call one of our Customer Service Agents(see numbers below)
• Have your FirstCaribbean Bank Card handy
• Have the details of the accounts that you wish to register handy
• If you do not have a FirstCaribbean Bank Card, visit your local branch and our staff will be happy to help you sign up and try out this great new service.
