Now, with FirstCaribbean Internet Banking you can be in two or more places at the same time. That’s right! We have added a new feature to our Internet Banking Transfer facility. So now, you can transfer funds in any currency between your personal or company accounts held at any FirstCaribbean branch in any of the countries in which we operate.

 


No need to call or go into your branch to make a Cross Border / Cross Currency Transfer*†‡-
Simply do your account transfer online, any time and anywhere you have access to the Internet. It’s yet another way in which FirstCaribbean Internet Banking saves you time… eliminates the hassle and inconvenience of having to go to your branch… and gives you greater control over your personal or company finances.

Wherever you are – at home, at the office, or even when on the move – you can move your money around via the Internet wherever and whenever you want to. It’s quick… it’s easy… and helps you to improve your cash management so you can make the best use of your funds held at FirstCaribbean.


* If you are already are an Internet Banking customer, you do not need to sign up for to make Cross Border/Cross Currency Transfers. If you wish to add accounts held at branches in other territories to the accounts you have already registered, simply contact your Relationship Manager/International Banking Centre or call our Customer Service Agents who will assist you. If you do not use FirstCaribbean Internet Banking, simply visit your branch or contact your Relationship Manager who will assist you in completing our Internet Banking registration form.
Cross Border/Cross Currency Transfers may also be subject to Foreign Exchange control restrictions, depending on the jurisdiction from which the transfer is being made. For further information please click here

† It is very important that you select the account number to which you want funds transferred correctly. If you select an incorrect account number, the transfer may be processed to the unintended account. The Bank is not liable for incorrectly initiated transactions.

‡ As with all FirstCaribbean Internet Banking transactions, Daily and Transactional limits are established on the amount of money you can transfer between from your registered FirstCaribbean accounts. Your branch or Relationship Manager will work with you to ensure that the limits set for your Internet Banking transactions are appropriate for your specific requirements.
