Changes to our policy for existing clients:

For all new Personal clients wishing to establish an account with us we are moving our threshold of minimum balance up to US$50,000. Our contact strategy for our existing clients is to change and we believe will be a much more focused and improved level of service.

Our new Relationship Management service will be enhanced at an entry level of US$50,000 with a named manager and support team to help you manage your assets with us - working in a consultative manner to help guide and assist in Financial Planning arrangements. This service continues under the banner of FirstCaribbean Premier Wealth Management.

For clients maintaining a balance below this figure and signing up for our new International Internet and Telephone banking then no charges will apply to your account and the benefits of the service I have briefly set out below;

Existing clients wishing to maintain an account with us and having a balance below US$50,000 across their accounts, and not wishing to avail themselves of Internet and Telephone banking or bring their balance up to the Premier threshold, can continue to do so but a monthly charge of US$25 will be levied to your account.
