In 2003, we rolled out our new Corporate Banking model across all 15 countries in which we are represented. The new model provides for one-on-one servicing by dedicated Relationship Managers, increased sales and business development focus, leading to increased penetration in the corporate market.
Corporate Banking comprises three distinct customer sub-segments: Corporate Business, Commercial Business and Business Banking. In creating corporate centres of excellence, we have a team of corporate lenders across the region, equipped with the specialised skills to meet the needs of these corporate customers.
Our mission is to be identified by small, medium and large corporate businesses throughout the region as the market leader in providing a full range of Corporate Banking services and as a provider of tailored financial solutions and excellent service. |
